E-levothyroxine tablet given ,when it get absorbed it goes to liver via portal vein and come under first pass metabolism

Drugs which are absorbed in intestine and stomach goes to liver and comes under first pass metabolism

Iv and sublingual drugs not goes in first pass metabolism

Oral drug goes in first pass metabolism which goes in stomach
