Answer #1

Ans)User-centered design (UCD) is an iterative design process in which designers focus on the users and their needs in each phase of the design process. In UCD, design teams involve users throughout the design process via a variety of research and design techniques, to create highly usable and accessible products for them.

- User-centered design (UCD) is an optimistic approach to invent new solutions. It starts with human beings and ends with the answers that are tailored to their individual needs. When you understand the people you are trying to reach, and then design from their perspective, you come up with unusual answers.

- Benefits of user-centred design:
Increase your sales - customers are more likely to buy a product or service that meets their needs. boost competitiveness - customers are less likely to choose other business' products if your product meets their needs more effectively.
