I need help drafting a thesis statement for my topic.

What I want to talk about is-  "food security connected with illnesses". Overall I want to talk about how health problems related to food quality and quantity (such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease) are specifically correlated with poor diet and consumption of cheap, highly processed foods. These happen to be the only foods available in many food
scare areas since they mainly have convenience and liquor stores to purchase food from which means its food security.

Can someone help create a thesis statement about this topic?

Food security refers to the availability of food to individuals without any shortage and considers that food security has already been achieved when the individual is not afraid of hunger or is not exposed to it. It is used as a standard for preventing future food storages or interruption due to several factors considered serious, including drought and war.

poor diet and consumption of cheap highly processed foods include under eating and overeating and do not have enough healthy food required for the day. Having many types of food that are low in fiber or high in fat, salt/sugar. poor nutrition can impair our daily health and wellbeing, It can contribute to stress tiredness and reduce capacity to work overtime. it can lead to serious health problems such as obesity, hypertension, cardiovascular problems, increase in cholesterol level, cancers, diabetes. cheap food products may lead to foodborne illness and are usually toxic in nature and caused by parasites, bacteria, and viruses or chemical substances entering into the body through contaminated food or water. obesity, diabetes and heart disease does not only happen in the food scare area. lac of food means they are under poverty and do not have enough money to buy the liquor shop food items . they mainly go for locally available food moreover junk foods are popular throughout the world and its also a sign of status, so people go for it . and it is readily avaliable, as a matter of convenience people go for processed food.

So we can confirm that these diseases are not only happens in food scare areas, It is spread throughout the world .
