Shared leadership:
It focuses on the health care professional leadership chance for effective collaborative relationships through support, task achievement. shared leadership model, it encourages the team to learn new and develop effective work relationship and it empowers staff for their decision-making process. limitations with this process include it slows down the decision-making process, it causes more arguments among the team and makes the struggle to make accountability.
