Where do you think the greatest challenges to healthcare systems lies: resilience, self-organization, or hierarchy?
According to my thought and experience self-organization, or hierarchy are very important to any system like here healthcare systems but resilience can be the greatest challenges to healthcare systems because :
Resilience : resilience is a measure of system's ability to servive and persist within an variable environment.
resilience comes from restorative feedback loops. there is always limits to reselience.
Resilience = static or constant
Resilient status quo could have short - term occillations , periodic outbreaks , cycles of succession , climax or complex. but if system are constant over time can be unresilient. So if there are healthcare system which is constant over time in many countries that means that system is unresilient means there are no more having ability to servive and persist within changing environment or changing promlem which healthcare system facing.
Static stability = resilient
But stability easy to see but resilience is harder to see so due to which we are not able to predict the problem which are facing by healthcare system , so due to which it's not good for system.
larger organisations like healthcare typically loose their resilience because their sense and respond systems have to travel through too many layers of delay and distortion.
So according to my thought resilience is the major challenge in healthcare system.

Think about a healthcare scenario where multiple regression might be useful in a healthcare organization. Consider what your dependent and independent variables might be for conducting a multiple regression analysis. Build a small example, and run the regression analysis. Post a description of the dependent and independent variables you will use for your multiple regression analysis, and then explain your regression model in terms of your dependent and independent variables. Explain how you might measure your variables. Be specific and...
