What do you think might be challenges in designing an effective leadership system for an organization?
Challenges in designing an effective leadership system are as follows -
1) Avoiding delegation - Many leaders try to delegate their authority and control to their subordinates as they feel that it will be better if they have the control. It leads to over control of the leader. While designing a leadership system, leaders should keep delegating the authorities in mind.
2) Lack of problem-solving skills - Problem-solving skills should be necessary for all leaders. If they lack problem-solving skills, then it will affect the organization. Leaders should be provided such training to enhance their skills too.
3) Complacency - Once an organization reaches a stable place. They start to continue their work at that state instead of focusing on growth and development. Leaders should focus on further development and growth of the firm.
