Mesosystem can be defined as the one where two microsystems intersect. For example the intersection of two microsystems of home and school makes one mesosystem.
Communication which is that of leadership must change in accordance to the environment which is the mesosystem. This can be brought about by changing the way parents and teachers communicate with the children at both home and school. Instead of keeping it authorative changes should be made to make communication more interactive, at ease and with the ability to think independently.
