Answer: The statement, "the business of dying is something best done at home" includes various consideration as the patient who is near to end of Living requires physical comfort as well as emotional support. The patient wants to live his each day fully till he is alive. The emotional as well as mental support can be achieved by the patient mostly at home. Some of the patient requires spiritual support and they want to be at their home with their families. This reduces the burden on the care taker. There could be the less loss of the treatment facilities and hence patient can achieve his goals and needs. Because a dying person mostly want to have peaceful death with emotional support. This is a kind of task that can be easily achieved at home with the presence of the patient's family. Policies issues can be overcome as most of the patient or their families may not be able to provide better facilities or the payment for the services provided to the patient at the last stage or end of life.
