Eating is a social activity and usually considered as the Fun.we can make it interesting by doing experiment on healthy food.to make it interesting we can have some spices in our food and have some fruits in daily routine and we can cook it up according to our wish. For the proper nutrition we require a balance diet which contain all the nutrients so that to avoid the nutritional deficiency or excess. The proximate principles of that include carbohydrate protein and fats. 4 kilo calorie per gram carbohydrates 4 kilo calorie per gram protein and 9k calorie per gram fats.balance diet should constitut of protein 10 to 15% what should be 15 to 30% and carbohydrate constitut remaining of 50 to 70% of energy. We can make eating easy in elderly people by giving them a small snacks according to the schedule and the time , by giving them lite snacks which are easily digestible , by giving them lots of fruits,.
