Nursing drug reference: Dilute each 1 g-vial with 10ml sterile water and administer IV over 3-5 minutes.

1gram/10ml

500x 3

1500 mg

= 1.5 g

For 1 gram we have 10 ml

For 1.5 gram it will be 15 ml per day
