Answer is C NSAIDS are more effective than opiods.

Using analgesics for long time can decrease the effect of the drug due to resistance. Additionally most of the people become addicted to analgesics and most opiods cannot control severe pain. For these reasons NSAIDs drugs are more effective than analgesics
