The pros and cons of education are :-

Pros :-

- improves motivation

- increased communication

- improved work quality

- provides knowledge

- helps to maintain respect , dignity in the society

- helps to attain a job

Cons :-

- Basically there is no cons of education but sometimes when some people have more knowledge they conduct mistakes means everything should in a limit neither more nor less.

The pros and cons of mentorship are :-

Pros :-

- makes understand things easily

- helps individual students to solve their problems

- act as a coach

- provides strength and confidence

Cons :-

- some mentors are strict

- introvert mentors

The pros and cons of small project are :-

Pros :-

- less subjects are needed

- less time is required

- more quality work

- less fund is needed

Cons :-

- accepted less

- less reliability

- decreased validity

The type of settings where these methods will be most beneficial ,most effective and simplest to implement is small scale hospitals like primary health centers and community health centers.
