Determine if the POA assigned is correct and if not, what change should be made to correct the assignment?

1. The POA stands for Present on admission . It is defined as the conditions present at the time the order for inpatient admission occurs. The POA status for the following are :-

Supracondylar fracture - present on admission (Y)

Post-op nausea and vomiting -Not present on admission (N)

Fall from jungle gym - present on admission( Y)

2. The child does not had pneumonia at the time of admission ,she came with the complaint of fell from the jungle gym and she was diagnosed with supracondylar fracture. The POA assigned is not correct . It should be changed to No (N) .
