Kidney disease is of two types.

1. Acute kidney disease - sudden onset of kidney diseases.

2. Chronic kidney disease - gradual loss and function of kidney .

Many people experience kidney symptoms after many years ,as it is gradual process and takes longer time, symptoms include tiredness and sick ,

With gradual loss of kidney ,kidney stop functioning and there is need of hemodialysis and kidney transplant.

Heart diseases

Heart and vessels

1. Substance gets accumulated into the wall of the blood vessels.

2. Blockage of vessels which restrict heart blood flow.

3. Lack of oxygen in the blood may cause heart attack.

Relationship between kidney diseases and heart diseases

the main causes are increased blood glucose level that is hyperglycemia or diabetes

Increased in blood pressure that is hypertension

Hyperglycemia or diabetes means too much sugar is there in your body and its accumulation damages many part of the body including kidney and heart.

It may cause diabetic renal disease or heart diseases related to diabetes.

2. Increase blood pressure or hypertension

It is the pressure exerted by the blood over the blood veasels,if blood pressure is more than more force will be applied by the heart to push blood into the vessels.

high blood pressure can damage blood vessels it also damages vessels of kidney as well, when vessels of kidney got damaged kidney won't be able to filter the blood as it should.

maintaining healthy life and maintaining blood pressure within normal range are the key to protect kidney and heart.

BP = 120/80 mm hg means 120 is systolic pressure and 80 is diastolic blood pressure which is considered normal, elevation to these readings indicate problems and also giving indication that your hear and kidney has to be protected.progressive ride in BP can damage heart and kidney and makes your life difficult.

it will be beneficial if it get treated at the very initial level by modification in lifestyle, change in eating habits, exercise, minimum salt intake, minimum sugar intake etc.

By doing these modifications you can protect your precious organs of body that is heart and kidney.
