Ethics is defined as the discipline dealing with what is good and bad  and with moral duty and obligation.

• There is need to manage privacy and confidentiality when data are being shared and datasets can be merged ,such that the sharing may generate information that allows people to be identified
• Concerns about moral distance or whether the Uses l of data by those a distance away from where they were collected will take into account the expectations of those who first collected and provided the data in a particular context .
• The possibility of valid consent and if so ,is it really possible to achieve valid consent when the future uses of data are unclear .
• Issues related to social justice , including stigma and discription .
• Privacy and confidentiality should be maintained
• Patient security should be maintained while sharing data.
• Data security should be maintained while sharing of data .
