5. The main bias which I have seen is related to economic status . People who belong to a low income status are deferred from treatment . For example what I see everyday is people who had relapsed in cancer are sent on metronomic therapy because they cannot afford the treatment . Hence ,to make their less complicated doctors send them home on metronomic therapy. There must be provision of financial support from the government based on the income status of the individual to break this discrimination.

6. Assertiveness is the quality of being self-assured and confident without being aggressive. It is an important component in professional communication. As a person working in an organization ,you need to have good communication skills to ha e an effective teamwork. Here it comes the quality of assertiveness means to be confident and work in a team without having any conflicts. Because this will only move the organization towards it's goal and will be able to provide good services.

7. All medical professionals use the kubler laws of loss which include :-

- denial

- anger

- bargaining

- depression

- acceptance

Following this while providing care to the patients helps you to make decision according to the phases in which the patient are. Hence , planning and implementation is totally based on the patient's need at their phase .

8. Maslow's hierarchy of needs :-

1- physiological needs ( water ,food ,shelter etc)

2- safety and security

3- love and belonging

4 - self esteem

5- self actualization

Providing care to the patient's according to the Maslow's theory helps the patient's to be satisfied by the care provided because it is totally based on the step by step needs of the patient . Once a basic need is satisfied the patient's demand for a higher need and this can be done by following Maslow theory ,if care is not provided according to the priority then the implementation of care is a waste as the patient won't be satisfied because their basic needs are not fulfilled.
