5. Bias means action of supporting or opposing a particular person or thing in an unfair way . I have biases towards those people who belong to rich classes and don't help others . I have a opposing action against them because they just show off their richness and attitude by lavishly spending money. If these people utilise their extra money for the welfare of the poor people then I will respect them . There would be many people but in small proportion those who are hello the poor ones from their incomes majority of them are middle class ones . I respect everyone ,but those who showoff their richness should keep in mind that these money is just a paper that will come and go but humanity is the one which will remain for life time .

6. Assertiveness means confident and forceful behaviour . Having a confident presentable personality reflects responsibility and autonomy . It helps to develop a therapeutic relationship with the patienta as it will helps the nurse to gain trust and to understand the patient and hence, helps to communicate effectively and efficiently .

7. Medical assistant can use the knowledge of death and dying stages while interacting with the patient in order to make decisions and to take quick actions according to the presenting signs and symptoms and also to provide psychological and emotional support to the patients and their relatives about the end stage . Also to provide a painless and comfortable death to the patient.
