Supply quantity Clindamycin150mg/ml.

The child weighs 10kg.

The child dose will be

10mg/kg\times 10kg=100mg

Supply quantity Clindamycin150mg/ml.

33.33mg\div 150mg/ml=0.22ml

Answer- The nurse will draw 0.22ml/dose from the vial.

Supply quantity 1gm/10ml

Neonate weighs 2045gm(2.045 kg)

The neonate will receive

Supply quantity 1gm/10ml

Supply quantity 40mg/ml

1.4775mg\div 40mg/ml=0.0369ml
