Answer #1

1. The problem is automobile accidents which is caused by over speed and carelessness. The drivers dont care about the speed limit and life of children. Also the reason for this less botheration may be lack of punishments for breaking rules and regulations.

2. The possible solutions can be implementation of more strict rules for both male and female drivers . The penalty should be high enough so that they won't break the rules again. Also they can give minimum chances and their driving license should be cancelled. Also Infront of school there should be a traffic signal which will help the children to cross the highway peacefully.

3. The government or the ministry specially transport ministry has the authority over these solutions. Because they are the one who can change the rules and punish the offenders. If the transport authority become more strict in the rules , the public become more obedient to the laws.
