Good death means peaceful death of the person.
End of life care decisions means the decisions which are taken by health care providers ,patients, and patient attenders or families like which care they have to need and which they don't want to take.
End of life care decisions taken by my self for our loved one :
* first we will decide and take information from doctor regarding health condition of my patient.
* whether it is recoverable or not.
* If it is not curable we will decide to provide palliative care to my loved ones.
* palliative care means provide symptomatic and quality of care to maintain supportive life of client.
* support the client from basic needs onwards.
* during in eating, bathing, dressing, combing ect.
* That means Hospice care.
* I will provide tension less life.
* By providing good sleeping, coolness.
*I will provide psychological support and emotional support.
* each and every minute I will support in all daily living activities and pain management.
* so this leads to our lived once may get good death.
