What contemporary leadership approach is a blessing, yet it can also be a curse; why?

The contemporary leadership approaches are

1. Transformational leadership approaches : in these leaders work with the team to identify the problems and to change those through inspiration.

2. Transactional leadership approaches : in these they will measure only results and they give rewards or penalties to wrong works. Here leaders have formal responsibilities.

3. Charismatic leadership approach : in these the leaders motivate the followers, to increase productivity.

Some times it is like transformational type.

4. Level 5 leadership approach : it includes position, (level 1, ) permission(2), production(3),  people development(4), pinnacle(5).

Charismatic  leadership approach is a blessing leadership approach, because a leader should not be like as a false finding of followers and just perform leadership , it should be like a inspirational, and motivational and so in these leadership the leader should be like inspirational and support to the followers and also followers are attached to the his or her personality or charm, people's using their leadership styles excellent at their working rooms and they need for the leader successful.  so, it is blessing.

And yet it can also be curse, because some unwanted followers may curse this approach.
