Howard Schultz was able to develop a culture of employee respect through his transformational leadership style, leaving behind an example for other business owners. Schultz has a belief in intellectual stimulation, which led him to create a brand that brought the coffee culture to change and grow. Transformational leadership is the aspect of the business change management times when the business is transforming to another phase from one.
Such leadership needs the post-change knowledge and transformation of leadership for the business so that the needful can be achieved and done. The Schultz theorem is appropriate for other businesses as well. The succession plan of the leadership is not a very major part of the transformation. Hence the model would act for other organizations as well since they too have product or services which agree for the changed plan.
The succession planning is important for the business to adopt and achieve but for the Transformational leadership, it is not well wanted since desperate times need out of box solution which anyone can be apart from the planed leadership. So succession plan has to be adopted and is important for the job but not in the constancy of the previous leadership but as per the post changed states which are key for the leadership.
