Ford uses the model of positive reinforcement for motivation of his employees. Positive reinforcement means gets rewarded for a favourable performance in the organisational tasks.This not only enhance the productivity of the employees but at the same time motivate them to work in a more creative way to bring out the best from them. This also create a congenial work environment in the organisation which in turn increases employee retention.
For ex. Good and productive workers in the Ford were benefitted in terms of getting promotion,Bonus and various other incentives.So all these positive reinforcement motivated the employees to do the desired work more efficiently and attainment of personal and organisational goals.
