For any organization, it is important that its employees are not involved in any sort of unethical behavior or conduct as it can have some serious consequences for the organization. Thus it is important that the organization may have a clear and open discussion with the employees about the unethical conduct or behavior and how to prevent this.
In order to involve the participation of the employees in the discussion over unethical behavior, they must be asked to present their opinion about the different unethical practices which are being observed by them and also to invite suggestions on how these conducts can be seized or prevented.
The organization may think of formulating the code of ethics for all the employees in the organization and this must ensure that the participation of every employee is secured. This formation of the code of ethics will provide an opportunity for the firm to look at the understanding of the employees about the unethical practices and the manner in which it can be prevented in any organization.
It is important that the organization gets the participation and involvement of the employees in this process of formulation of the code of ethics as it will also make sure that these individuals also follow these norms.
