The unethical behavior that I have most likely found in organisations is the Sexual Harassment cases that has been experienced even in reputed organisations.

Amazon Is one of such organisations which has been alleged to act in an unethical manner because of failing to address the sexual harassment and any such behaviours. The unethical behavior of Amazon is thr it has been constantly ignoring the complaints of sexual harassment behavior by its couple of employees against whom no definite and strict action was taken. I feel Amazon has been trying to supress the unethical behavior taking place inside its operational units by not addressing to such issues on time which could have prevented others from committing it. They fail to take actions against any reputed HR personnel even if they are committing immoral acts.

The major benefit to the company if they will adress to these immoral issues and unethical conducts in a timely and effectively manner and conduct business in acceptable manner will be that the company will prevent itself from the claims of sexual harassment which most of the other companies face. The company will also prevent itself from facing any lawsuits and neither will have to pay huge reimbursements to the victims for conducting such unethical acts which might be punishable under law. Addressing such unethical issues and behavior inside the organisation will also help maintaining and encouraging a healthy working environment.

The costs will be incurred on formulating a Zero Tolerance Policy which will be formulated in order to establish a strict corporate culture detesting and prohibiting these actions. Moreover reporting these actions will require a proper readdressal system which will be kept at place to address these issues and receive complaints and reports of employees experiencing such unethical behavior to curb them from getting more serious.

This unethical behavior might put drastic impact on the good will, corporate image and reputation of the company which might hurt the customer commitment and brand loyalty. It can also hurt employee relationship and coordination making the working environment unhealthy and lead the employees towards facing mental torture and inconveniences which can in turn put impact on productivity and functioning of operations.
