By participating in classroom dialogue, conducting original research and integrating theoretical and application-based knowledge ,it helps to expand our understanding of how leaders can influence and inspire . Utilization of the knowledge gained from this model will help in moulding the current managerial , communication ,staff interaction practices in my organisation and hence will help to lead the staffs efficiently .
