The contemporary leadership model to a real health Leadership situation orcall; we have the model for the concurrent leadership or fragmented leadership. The model fox concurrent leadership, we have Teaders like self-serving , and have some agenda fer harm & misery as often treated as leader by the society as per traditional model. The beadership is the ability to assess , develop, maintain, and change the organizational culture to optimally meet the need and expectations of the external environment through focusing on energy collected on the organisation mission. The fragmented leadership model for the leadership is leadershi'n by seberating the different different ideas and logice in some order and fagmentation of time. Here the leaders divide the time for specific action to take it to level as required for the special crees, many more wage are there for the leadership model.
