7. Eudaimonia means 'welfare' or more accurately 'societal welfare'. For me personally it is important not only at a moral level, but also at an economical level. From a moral perspective, the most productive and fulfilling thing someone can do is to contribute positively to the society and in its progress. From a economical perspective, maximizing social welfare is what economics is all about and is the end goal. So for me, it makes sense both in a personal and professional sense.
