Answer #1

Answer: Mental illness is one of the disorder that sometimes gets unnoticed. Some of the mental illness such as anxiety disorder, depression etc are very common in the population. The mental disorder causes physical illness as a person suffering from mental illness does not give attention to his health and hence the physical health gets deteriorated.

In most of the people suffering from mental disorder, stigma causes them to feel ashamed for seeking help from anyone to overcome with the disorder which worsens the condition. Some of the measures can be taken to help people suffering from mental illness such as:

  1. Talking to them openly about the difficulties they are facing and also about the level of illness.
  2. Educating and doing counseling of the people suffering from mental illness.
  3. Encourage and educate the patient about seeking proper treatment.
  4. Show the empowerment and do not let the illness be the reason for negative thinking.

Minorities especially African Americans, are over-represented among homeless persons with mental illness ("homelessness" 2003). Please reword passage! Good health significantly improves a person's quality of life. However, people with intellectual disabilities disproportionately have more health problems than the general population. Further complicating the matter is that people with more severe disabilities often cannot verbalize health complications they are experiencing, which leads to health problems being undiagnosed and untreated. It is plausible these conditions can interact with reinforcement contingencies to maintain problem behavior because of the increased incidence of health problems among people with intellectual...

What do you think about the following paragraphs? I really enjoyed watching the video about the ethical impacts that a code can make in real world.
