MAKING PANCAKES FOR 4-5 YEARS OLD IN CLASSROOM :

LEARNING OBJECTIVES : To apply correct techniques, instruments, and use of appropriate proportions by students in the classroom using safety precautions and guidance by the teacher.

EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES NEEDED :

*An electrical skillet

*1 cup whole wheat flour

*1 table spoon baking powder

*1 egg

*1 cup milk

*2 tsp baking powder

*2 tablespoon butter unsalted if needed

*1 tablespoon of warm water

LEARNING ACTIVITIES :

1. Prepare students before starting pancake preparation

2. Beat one whole egg in a bowl and mix it well

3. Mix wheat flour, milk, baking soda in needed

4. Add butter and mix up all the ingredients

5. Heat the electrical skillet, grease the skillet with butter

6. Pour the prepared batter on the pan using teaspoon, and spread pancake 1 inch in length

7. Let pancake be on pan until it become light golden brown and crispy structure

8. After 2-3 minutes remove it on a plate and serve with fresh curd.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS :

Before starting the activity students should be educated to wash their hands properly using hand washers, maintain hygienic measures, make students away from flame, proper invigilation of child during the activity, involving other safety team to prevent fire accidents, burns and other accidents.
