Answer #1

Healthcare sector is growing in multidimensional way.The inflow of the patient is increasing day by day rather than decreasing because of the technological advancement and a belief of getting saved from deadly disease by the sick individual.

When there is lack of the required number of employees in an organization, the following things occurs which impacts the patient care outcomes

  • The care needed for all patients can't be achieved
  • Quality of care is reduced
  • High chance of error due to the work pressure and burden on the employee on the patient
  • Can reduce the efficiency and energy of the healthcare provider resulting in poor care
  • Skipping and delay in the procedure can occur
  • The satisfaction and the quality of care is always impacted due to understanding
  • The recovery of the patient are delayed due to less service

Therefore to avoid this and provide a quality care proper staffing is necessary.
