5.6 ml Clafron will be added.cefotaxime (Claforan) 1 Gram, in 100mL D5W to run IVPB for 30 minutes every 12 hours. The pharmacy sends Claforan 2 Grams in a powered vial. To reconstitute add 10 ml of sterile water to yield 180 mg claforan . So in this ...we will add 5.6 ml of clafron.
