calories 69,4grams of protein,11.6grams of carbohydrate,1gram fat.
1/2cup cooked vegetables
64%carbs, 16%fats,20%protein
1/2 cup sliced fruits
93%carbs,3%fats,4%protein
1cup milk
calories 122,calcium 29%
As we are women we must include more iron,folic acid,folate in our diet..I am lacking with this special nutrition..It will be rich in spinach,beans,lentils,chicken,turkey,pork..plant -based source of iron more absorbed with body when eaten with vitamin c rich foods..Folate rich in citrus fruits,leafy greens,beans and peas it help increase intake of this vitamin B
Eating variety of this foods helps to meet nutrient needs,but eat less food that high in saturated fat,incorporate more plant-based protein foods like beans,lentils and tofu..
