Two day diet plan that meet the total calories from fat and saturated fats :-

Day 1 :

Breakfast - Two whole eggs and a glass of full cream milk

Lunch - 2 slices of red meat like beef with french fries

Snacks - having nuts like cashews ,almonds with coffee

Dinner - chicken with skin , 2 bread slices with cheese

Day 2 :

Breakfast - one cup oats with olive and yogurt

Lunch - one cup of rice with fattu fish like salmon

Snacks - having chia seeds , avacodos

Dinner - 2 slices fried pork with pasta ,lentils , one glass of juice
