No. It is not an example for food adulteration or misbranded.

Because

Blackberry jam also known as Raspberries jam and it is made from raspberries and sugar. Usually for every 4 cups of raspberries we can use 5 cups of sugar. Adding extra sugar not adulteration/misbranded

If the manufacturer add any preservatives, not nutritive substances, glucose can be considered as adulterated.
