2. The expense: the cost can become a significant challenge for healthcare industry. Expenses to buy, implement, install and maintain IT system sometimes become difficult to manage for the healthcare industry.

3. Meaningful Use of electronic healthcare records Compliance: Healthcare Professionals who do not act adhere with meaningful use procedures will have problem in Medicare reimbursements, which could significantly increase financial concerns.

My organization has also implemented HIE. It is essential for healthcare to keep up with new technology, but it can also create difficulties. Technology is essential to healthcare and beneficial in patient care. Organization must work together with other members to overcome the challenges of technology implementation.
