Answer: Mental health is a state of condition of mind when brain performs it's functions normally, person feels, touch, being conscious of the things. It is defined as the absence of any kind of mental illness.

Medical anthropology is a studies which includes the social, environmental, physiological factors which affects the person illness, disease or health condition.

If a person is mentally fit and fine then he can perform his work and task properly. Mental health status effects person's ability to work, behave etc. In nursing profession it is necessary for the healthcare professionals to have a good mental health as they have to takecare of the patients. Due to excessive workload nurses gets exhausted which also effects their mental health. The mental health influences the behaviour as if the person is not in a good mood, he will not behave properly automatically due to stress and exertion. So it is necessary to stay mentally healthy. These studies will help to abolish the factors and overcome the barrier which causes affects on the personal performance due to illness or mental health status.
