Answer: Personal as well as professionals values affects the mental health in nursing as nurse provides care to the patients. They are in regular contact with the patient to meet their needs and demand for quick recovery. Most of the time nurse understand the need of the patient but unable to coperate due to professional values. Such as making personal or friendly relation with the patient is prohibited for the nurse in case of professionals values. Sometimes nurse need to show sympathy to the patients but it may be not in the organizational rules or it may be against the processional values. So, these things provide mental stress to the nurses.
