1. I will use the pull workflow . Pull workflow means attracting the consumers towards the product . Same way I will first explain and show the staffs about the benefits of using EDMS . This workflow is used because it will develop a internal motivation in the staffs to use this technology than forcing them to use it .

2. The specific tasks included in the workflow are :-

- explaining the benefits of EDMS

- establishing internal motivation in the staffs to use it

- providing a practical experience of how to use EDMS

- explaining the positive effects of using it for patient care

3. I will recommend to arrange a meeting with all staffs to provide a brief overview of the EDMS . Also making a practical class ready for the staffs on how to use it and based on they experience the decision will be made on the utilization of EDMS .
