Definition of the following terms are :-

Network - is a group or system of interconnected people or things to exchange information.

Hold Harmless - means a provision in an agreement under which one or both parties agree not to hold the other party responsible for any loss, damage, or legal liability.

No balance billing - means no other fees or extra charges shall be paid by the patients above and beyond the packaged rates during their confinement period.

Coordination of benefits - COB is the process of determining which of the insurance policies will have the primary responsibility of paying a claim and the extent to which the other policies will contribute.
