"Title" of the property refers to a set of legal documents such as deed, authority letter etc which give rights to a party over the property or provide ownership of the property to that particular party. This right can either be a legal interest or an equitable interest but the title documents clearly mention the names of the parties which gave interest in the property. The parties can be more than one. The title document serves as an evidence of ownership of the property by the parties.
