Example -Lack of concentration - -As the client may have issues with concentrating on a task, it may be unsafe for the client to use sharp knives in the kitchen. This may lead to cuts and other injuries Tasks that need concentration like managing finance or bank accounts will be left undone.

Memory loss - Individual might have issues travelling alone as he might forget his way home.

Lack of organization -Individuals might find it difficult to organise tasks such as book shelves,keeping good,cleqning desk

Inability to remember commands-Patient might have difficulty following commands as he might forget what is said the moment it is said completely.
