28. 100 ml over 30 minutes

= 3.33 ml per minute

drop facter is 15

then 15 drops = 1ml

so for 3.33 ml 15×3.33 = 50drops per minute

for setting the pump

100 ml 30minutes

so we have to set 200ml per hour

29. 1 gm in 500 ml

that is 1000 mg in 500ml

so 50mg in 25ml

a) 25 ml per hour

0.83ml per minute

in micro drip 60 drops is one ml

so 0.83 ml 50drops per minute

b) infusion pump should be set as 25ml per hour

30.

1000 mg in 1000 ml

1 ml will be 1 mg

20ml per hour means 20mg per hour

patient will be recieving 20mg per hour
