1,In health care organization there is a chance of risk to patient,staff and organization..It need assessment,development,assessment and plans to reduce the risk exposure..Each organization having unique challenges in risk management solution..risk management assessment in organization includes federal mandatory regulation,future and existing policy,patient safety.potential medical error,legislation impacting the health care..It facilitate patient safety and avoid readmission,it increase patient satisfaction and reduce the risks of potential hazards..
2, Organization assessment plan focus on system,behavior and practice..it include safety culture assessment,and staff based assessment..organizational assessment planning include statement,strengths.weakness,opportunities, threats,mission, vision,leadership etc..It collect and analyze data to identify the issues and it engage with organization management team to identify strategic changes..This assessment need sponsor participation and direction of the goals and objectives to analyze the workforce..
3, Implementation process started with coordination,it involve staffs,clinician and management..We need to develop a implementation strategy using system redesign for quality improvement initiatives,it include clinical practice with a health care,strong administrative support,the time and resources needed for successful implementation..Implementation strategy helps to promote positive interaction with team and staff members,it increase the observability of team work,it measures progress and gives feedback correctly..Use cross-functional team to solve and identify the issues and follow scientific and evidence based followup method and tools to monitor and analyze work process..use process-based management tool to improve knowledge of team members effectively..
