In a complete paragraph discuss in your own words the similarities and differences between Bronfenbrenner and McLeroy’s socioecological models and provides some examples to illustrate how each level of the socioecological model are related in your examples?

Difference between Bronfenbrenner's sociology ecological models and Mcloery's model.

Bronfenbrenner's model has many factors which is directly related to child's social and emotional development, family , peers and school staffs plays a major role in over all developement of child , and has greatest potential influence.

Six level which influence child development.

1. Individual.

It focuses on gender, sex, age, ethinicity background etc..

2. Microsystem.

It can be both positive or negative ,if family, peers, and school staffs are working together towards the effectiveness of child has positive.

3. Mesosystem.

It deals with the interaction among family, with teachers .

4. Exosystem.

If parents are not attentive towards their child it may affect child's development.

5 . Macrosystem.

It deals with the culture and customs a family follows in which a child lives.

6. Temporal/ chronosystem

Pattern of environmental events that occurs in individual life.

Mcleory's socioecological model

It focuses on

1. Individual

It focuses on motivation, educational programmes, support groups, counselling has major effect on individual developed.

2. Social environment.

Cooperation from the society , peer groups, support of parents, families, school staffs plays a role in individual developement.

3.Physical environment.

It focuses on the environment in which individual develope, factors are natural features such as parkland, trees, beaches etc

Also built environment such as gymschange facilities, cycling etc ..

4. Policy and organisational factors.

Law ,rules and regulations are the collective factor which is needed in Socioecologial behaviour.

Above mentioned points are differences between both the models

They are very much similar in some aspect such as .

1. Individual---- both model has a great impact on individual growth in socio ecological development.

2. Social environment and macrosystem

These two are similar in societal influence and the culture in which individual lives , both model deals with development of individual with society and in cultural settings.

Similarities says that individual itself and the interaction of individual with society plays an important role in individual developement.
