A) Used broth contains bacteria and inorder to prevent any further infection, she should first autoclave the broth and after autoclaving she can dispose it normally like disposing broth into the sink.

B) Used slide should be rinsed first and then if broken then should be separated in box for broken slides and if intact, should be disposed in sharp container.
