According to the lifestyle I am having I think I will be pretty healthy at the age of 80. I do regular exercise and my diet is healthy as well. So, I think this will cumulatively lead to steady health at the age of 80. As we age, free radicle accumulate in our body that lead to ageing. So, there are obvious deterioration occurs at older age like weaker bones, gums and digestive system. If I can manage accordingly my age, I think other people can also be healthy if they try to stay healthy in their younger age. Apart from health, I will also focus on my hobbies to make myself busy.
