What do you feel are the "best" years of a life?

Childhood: It is the first stage of human life. That stage lasts from birth to 12 years.

I feel childhood is the best years of a life. Because children behaves according to humanistic model in psychology means they follows their heart only. They didn't think about past experiences and consequences. Children have no moral values,no ethical values, no obligations, no expectations and no goals. So they don't feel jealousy, They don't behave in cruel way results they always keep smile. Our fears and panic are the results of our expectations. Children have no expectations so they don't fear about anything.

Our all psychological problems are results of our ego and stereotypes. Children have no ego and stereotypes. So they have lot of psychological freedom.That's why i feel childhood is the best years of a life.

which do you feel are the "worst" years of a life?

I feel old age years are the worst years of a life. According Erickson old age people always think about past only. If there is any wrong in their past they feel guilt about those mistakes.They experiences loneliness and sadness.They don't have psychological freedom.Cognitively they can't think effectively. Their brain not works properly.They can't think abstractly and logically.

On other hand biologically they will become very weak. They can't do their daily routines effectively. They struggle to live as they like.They can't execute their thoughts because of lack of biological support. So i feel old age years are the worst years of a life.
