Q. No. 1. Answer :

I will choose Adolescence age group of child.

Adolescence age group means the children age from 13 years to 21 years age group of child we can called as Adolescence .

Developmental Tasks for Adolescences :

1. Physical and biological

2. Motor developmental tasks

3. Sensory developmental tasks

4. Psychosocial

5. Psychosexual

6. Spiritual tasks

7. Intellectual, cognitive and motor developmental tasks.

8. Language developmental skills.

These are the areas Main developmental tasks we will seen like,

* The physical growth is approximately 38 to 60 kgs.

* secondary sexual characteristics may develops.

* more physical growth will be there.

* They will develops self identity,

* They have some egocentric nature.

* According to psychosexual tasks they Will develops Genital stage, Masturbation occurs.

* They will use scientific method to solve problems according to intellectual development, that means they will have reason for everything.

* They will have same sex friendship and develops communication skills according to their peer language slang.

These are all the developmental tasks we will seen in adolescence period.

In these stage of life the possible alterations in mental health includes :

* Loss of any loved one,

* Exposure to the poverty,

* Negligence from parents.

* Abuses like drug and alcoholism.

* Violence.

And some of the conditions like Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa eating disorder,

* Anxiety,

* Attention deficit hyper activity disorders.

These are causes leads to there is a mentally changes may occurs among adolescence .

Five effective nursing interventions for eating disorders :

* Due to some of the beauty consciousness during in adolescence period the most of the girls may not eat properly.

* so educate regarding nutritious and slim maintainance diet.

* Explain complications regarding skipping of meal.

* provide support to maintain healthy diet menu plan.

* Maintain the normal BMI of client.

* If client is in severe condition administer intravenous fluids.

* nasogastric tube feeding.

* Waighing the clients daily.

* Maintain intake and out put chart.

* Continuous observation during the eating time.

These are the nursing interventions for follow for anorexia clients.

Complementary and Alternative Medicine therapy for anorexia nervosa :

Here herbs can use for this patients instead of medicine.

Herbs comes under CAM.

* Aswagandha 450 mg. Bd.

* Fenugreek 250 to 500 mg tid.

Therapeutic communication interventions :

* Maintain Meal supportive therapy.

* Provide psychological support and emotional support to maintain good mental health.

from these interventions we can improve the knowledge of adolescent girls regarding anorexia nervosa and it's problems and we can improve nutritional status and weight of the clients.
