Answer: Osteoporosis is a condition in which the bones become more weak and fragile. The osteoporosis affects the structure of the bone and make them more prone to the fracture.

Patient suffering from Osteoporosis should consume calcium, should have vitamin D, which can be avail from sun, as it is the key nutrients which is essential for the bone to strengthen and make it strong.

These nutrients are one of the essential elements which keeps the bone healthy and strong. The food should be consumed such as milk and dairy products, essential time spent in the exposure to sun.
